Hello,

I need some help.

How could I fill a cell in MS Excel in red if a condition has been met. For example:

If the number in Cell A1 is more than 75, Cell C10 is filled in blue
if the number in Cell A1 is equal to and between 75 and 50, Cell C10 is filled in Green
If the number in Cell A1 is equal to and between 49 and 25, Cell C10 is filled in Yellow
If the number in Cell A1 is less than 25, cell C10 is filled in red
If Cell A1 is empty, do nothing

Many thanks.

if your versions is excel 2007 you can do this by conditional formatting. if earlier versions conditional formatting can have only three conditions. in that case you need a macro. post back the name of your version
