Hi,
I started using thunderbird for one week and yesterday I was prompted to download and install a required updater. I did so and the result is that thunderbird is not willing to connect again. I'm getting the following the following error message: "connection o server has failed"
Please help.

Hello,
Many firewalls do not recognize an updated program, even if you had a previous version of it which you originally gave permission to, and so they block it. Remove the permissions for Thunderbird in your firewall and reset them when you are prompted to. But it is not recommended to turn off your firewall to make way to the Thunderbird.
