Hello,

good morning sir,
i am having a dvd rw of lg , few days back i was working properly but now it is not reading any dvd & cd. i want to know weather i can make it on my own or i have to buy a new one. in properties it is showing the device is working properly. pls help me as soon as possible..

Hi there,

Try using a lens cleaner and updating firmware version in device manager and if by this issue is not solved then definitely new one is to be purchased.
