Hello,
i have my pc as listed:
motherboard asus p5ql pro
ram:8 gb(corsair)
hdd:160 gb western digital
os:windows 7 64 bit
gpu:nvidia gts 250(512 mb)
my question is that i m having glithes with my windows,i have a lot of ram...bt though it stucks sometimes...even i have installed fresh copy of widows 7...it also has a very slow startup..and shutdown.....what ever i do its very slow.....plsss heeeeeeelp me???????

Make a defrag of system and disable some application starting with windows,have defrag software downloaded here:
