Question

Hello,  

 My laptop  is having start-up problems, when I press the power button the system lights and the fan come on but then everything just shuts down.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Dear Sir, 

This specific problem might be sourcing from different issues. Please confirm whether the problem is not coming from its battery, motherboard, graphic card, power supplying unit or RAM slot.

Okay...I hate to admit it but this was an operator error. I have 2 laptops and I used the wrong powercord, I used my dell power cord on my HP system. I only realized this when I plugged the HP power cord into the dell system because the dell system came up with an error message stating the power cord attached was not compatible, the hp system did not show any message it simply just would not charge the battery therefore eventually powered down. Fortunately, there wasn't any damage done to either system, I am up and running again.
