Magicjack problem

Greetings all,

I'm using Magicjack for about 3 months, then I formatted my computer because it had some problems. I tried to reinstall the Magicjack again but unfortunately I could not do so. I tried access the Magicjack site but I could not do so either.


Please tell me what to do.

Be patient, wait 12 hours, and try to access again. Remember to clean your cache and temporary Internet files or you may get the same error

Before I formatted/ reinstalled the windows my computer, I copied all the magicjack files on external drive; then I restore the files to my computer hard drive. After that I clicked on the exe file within the magicjack file and it activated the magicjack.

I'm somebody else whose having a problem registering. I've added magicjack as an exception in the windows firewall. It shows the dial pad but is missing the register icon.

Just fixed mine by setting the date and time. I had forgotten after reinstalling OS.
