I have an "HP Officejet all in one 6300 printer". The disk I have came with the printer. It worked quite well before and for some reason it is not working properly. It prints but it no longer scans. I' have checked the manual but did not get much help. When I tried to scan I got a message that says "no scanner option". I tried re installing using the same disk that came with the printer but the disk would not install. Also in the Document center, it's showing the printer is not there. My computer has an XP Platform and the printer is for XP and other platforms.
The printer is approximately 3 years old and I would like to know if anyone can help me with this.
