It may be that your fans have accumulated dusts or it there may be a cable touching with them!
To locate which one is making the noise, you will need to open your CPU. CAREFULLY, unplug one of them. If the noise is still here, try to disconnect another one and so on. You will finally end up by locating the culprit! Clean it and plug all of them again.
