CPU usage in taskk manager

Hello,

My computer starts lagging and then I opened the task Manager to see the CPU usage in the performance tab but it does not reduces anymore. Everytime, i have to restart the computer in order to get it back working properly.

Hi there,

How many applications are open when this occurs?how much memory does system have?please provide these informations.

Dear Sir,

It might be sourcing from low virtual or RAM memory and hence you should confirm it and have it upgraded. Please have the problem confirmed through the below instructions.
