Hello,
Try this 1.
You can download the drivers from the manufacture website.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/pfinder?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&tool=&query=dv6000
Click on "Show All" or click on "Laptops/Tablets/Netbooks" to expand it -->
Select your laptop model --> Click on "Software & Driver Downloads" -->
Select your "Operating System" from the drop-down menu and then click on Next.
Now download the "Chipset" drivers and the "Network" drivers.
Install the "Chipset" drivers first and then "Network" drivers.
