Audio problem

hello i have acer aspire 4935 laptop...whenever i record sound or start voice conversation there is a disturbance or robotic sound from my laptop..i have tested several times by using recording problem but the thing i can record i cant hear any thing other than a disturbance and robotic sound so please guys it would be kind if u help me out...
