Hi there,
Use an unintaller and remove itunes from system then reinstall it clean on system ,use revo as unintaller from the link below:

I'm having the same problem, but it pops up just a regular error message asking me if I want to tell apple about the problem. So I went through and deleted all the components, but iTunes won't let me remove the program because it says, 'Fatal error occured during installation'... I just want to remove my iTunes so i can restart, and keep my music...
