Samsung Star messaging problem

Hello,

1.I am not able to delete two messages in my samsung star. These messages are not opening nor getting deleted. whenever I try to open these messages, the phone reboots.

2. Please tell me how to create a phone book in PC and copy to Samsung star.

Please help me

The link below will guide you will all instructions for transferring contacts to pc then make a factory reset of the handset and message will be deleted automatically:

Hi

I have a similar issue. The messages are still not getting deleted even after I have applied factory settings
