Toshiba L300 windows boot manager

Hello,
I am having a problem with my Toshiba L300 it is stuck on the Windows Boot Manger screen. I've tried to use the recovery disc but it does nothing. If I do anything it goes to a blank screen and stays there. Can anyone help me?

Please give details of what happens when you make use of the recovery disc.
