Toshiba laptop doesnt go to windows desktop

Hello, peoples

I have 2 challenges

1) laptop won't go beyond boot up...Screen stays blank. Tried the magic fixes, and nothing changed.
LED's not working. Then noticed my internal fan was not running as usual. So I took apart the bottom half of the laptop and found a foriegn object pressing against the fan. I then removed it then put the the laptop together again.

2)Now, it doesn't boot up.......lovely.

Any help?
