china bb 9630 - can't create sms & phone call Closed

Hello, 
i just bought blackberry chinaphone 9630 , i cant send sms and make a phone call. when i go to create message its saying "file not found or not available". i tried restoring it to factory defaults but its asking for a code which i never did. i tried swicthing a different SIM card thought its with the sim, but no luck. please help on this. Thanks in advance!

Hello, 

It might be that the phone needs to be unlocked in order to get it functioning properly. Yet have more information about the matter from the following address.
