Dvd error

Hello,
I have SONY DVD ROM but it sometimes does not read DVD disks when i enter such disks it does not show any response or show a bland cd disk please give me accurate answar

hi
this may be due to a bad quality dvd or it may be that thte disk contains a lot of dirt!
clean the disk and try it again!
it may be also that your driver lense has become dirty!
you may buy a lense cleaner disk!
if he problem still persists, then it's your drive which is faulty!
grt it repaired!
