Hi,

With my experience no such service exist for free calls from internet to mobile/landline.But definitely free calls from internet to internet exist.This done by Voip software like msn,yahoo messenger skype and so on....

For landline calls you must have credits on any of this type of software used and many website says they offer free calls to mobile by which you need to register then after purchase credits.
