I cant seem to read the sms of my ominia 2

Hello,

i cant sem to see the content of the sms of my ominia 2... every time i open my inbox i see the headings but when i try to open it... nothing is inside... its like invisible... i mean the content

Please have the phone restored to factory settings for it work back correctly.
