Hardrive failure

Hello, ive 4 hard drives one has gone by the look of it but if it s not my c drive why is pc not turning on as ive raid installed but nothing stored togher i know it scans all 4 drives before it opens to windows im hopeing it anit my c drive the messege i get is scan devices pls wait key into window
then i get iniitate failed pls check device the bios doesnt not be installed. press <g> to continue im lost pls help

What version of Raid are you using? If you used all four drives in one Raid 0 array then your data is lost since the data is not redundantly recorded.

no i dont know which raid ? 2 are sata drives and 2 ide but allare seperate all i know its just asking me to key in <g.> to carry on i did this nothing happens
