NETWORK BETWEEN 2 OFFICE

Hello,
I wish to setup a network connection between two offices which are physically away from each other in two different buildings. Lets say Building 1 & Building 2. The distance between each building is 150 mtrs max. There is a Internet connection in both buildings.

Is it possible to have connect to each other using a pair from the Internet Connection and provide LAN networking? And how to configure.
