windows 7 will not reinstall on inspiron 1545 Solved/Closed

Hello, 
Good morning, I am so sorry for my poor manners. 
Please if any one could help me with this problem. I am trying to reinstall windows 7 on a 1545 inspiron it loads up to a point then says something about drivers cant be found. What to do?

Hi,

Have you wiped your hard drive(formatting)?Your installation dvd for windows has either scratches or your drive itself is not able to read it ,try using external dvd drive via usb or get another copy on installation dvd.
