How to change a cel color in excel

Hello,

Can someone help me, if column A for ex. represents time where the number are between 1 and 15 I would like them to change color after 5 minutes of real time have pased,ie. if I put number 7 in the cel the same should change color automaticaly after 12 minutes have elapsed.
