Hello,

I am having problems with my type captcha on internet explorer its not responding and keep asking for a new type captcha its appears to only have this issue on internet explorer. can anyone assist me i would be grateful and gladly appreciate.

Hello,

Try resetting your internet explorer settings.

Right-click on your "Internet Explorer" icon --> Properties --> Click on "Advanced"

tab --> Click on "Reset" button.

yes the new captcha appears but it continue to ask for a new captcha once you enter it in

hello,

It appears the sames basically what happens is once you put in captcha that it ask to verify for example "house" it searching google for the data but somehow it does not gather the information and ask for another capcha for example " water" its not corresponding.

Check whether they are not case sensitive.
