Hello,

My cell got a problem in user profile. it has no activate if i select other profile it was not selected It display only icon of headset without connection of headset ..So is there any solution ?......plez, find some solution

Hi.

Simply reset mobile phone to factory settings entering security code mentioned in manual book,before this save contacts as it may be deleted ,

There should be some corrupted material on it causing the trouble and restoring it will have the problem solved.
