Hotmail account blocked

Hello, im trying to unblock my hotmail account and i cant get in i tried and i need help please if anyone knows how to.

managed to recover account using my trusted laptop which i'd luckily installed Windows Essentials on which apparently makes it a trusted pc. had to reset password on the hotmail website using Internet Explorer wouldnt work with Chrome or Firefox.

Apparently this is the hotmail customer support number

1.800.386.5550

but I can't call because it is probably after office hourse

Thank you for the phone number. Please let me know if you get through. With the thousands of people getting their account blocked, I suspect the phone will ring and ring and ring and a meltdown will occur. Some people will probably have to take a week off work because of the waiting time.

can you tell us who are u and why u would request the IP address as one of the requirements to unblock account?

I don't request an IP from anyone. I am not working for Hotmail. I am happily retired.

That number is for MSN paid accounts Only. Called it and got no ware still my account is blocked and i have gone though every step to get it unblocked with no luck
