Phone suddenly off even batteries full

hello!!! im using N5800 . i used for 8 months alreay. but i hve a big problem w/ this phone. sometime my phone suddenly off even the battery is full. is there something wrong w/ this unit?? thanks

Hi,

Try replacing the battery and if by this not satisfied then send to repair center before warranty expires else you will have to pay for repairs,.

Please try having it restored to factory settings to see whether the problem gets solved.
