Hello,
I recieved a Ipod nano for Christmas and I am having problems with downloading Itunes.I dont know if I need to download a smaller bit Itunes.I have Windows Vista, the program will start to download and then it will stop.I also use Firefox. I have no idea how to get this to work.I am lost. I tried downloading it in IE 7 and it has simply froze.I don't know what to do.Will someone please help me?

In VISTA you must be logged in as the "Administrator" to install iTunes
