Hello,

can someone please help this chef .. i have a small problem i nee to find out how or if i can use a second screan as a primary screan temparelly as i cracked the screan on my laptop.... any help would be greatly recieved... i have an acer aspire 3500,,,,

Most laptops have a VGA port on the back that can accept a CRT or LCD monitor. You connect the external monitor and on most laptops hit Fn + F8 (two keys at the same time) to switch the video from the laptop screen to the external monitor. If your laptop has a different combination of keys just look for something like "CRT/LCD" printed on one of the function keys.
