Need help with my m2 memorycard

I really need your help guys, i have a 2GB m2 memory card used in my sony ericsson k610i, when i connected my memorycard in the pc using a card reader, i found out that there are annoying files that cannot be deleted,so i decided to reformat my memory card. After doing it, annoying files were gone but when i put it back to my cp, it cant be detected, or it keeps on asking to format it again to be detected. I have tried to format it for so many times in my cp and in the pc as well, but when i tried to download my files again, still it cant be detected and just keeps on formatting on and on... cant it still be fixed?? please i need your help...
