MONITOR NOT DISPLAY ANYTHING WHEN RESTART

Hello,

ADVANCE THANKS TO READ,
i am facing problem with monitor. i don't know whether it is hardware or system file problem.
I hope anyone will guide me to solve this problem. After restarting the system monitor gets black.it is happening only when i hit restart button. Power LED bulb starts flickering with black screen.

these sort of display problems come only with RAM. check out whether your motherboard and operating system are sufficient with your present RAM or try removing the RAM from its slot and clean up the copper pins and replace it exact.
