My SD-CARD is Locked after re-installing Closed

Question

Hello, 

I updated my mobile OS via "Sony update service"  & chose fresh install -the option which first formats everything & then installs new OS-  now it asks for MEMORY CARD PASSWORD which I can't remember...

I have backed up all my contacts, messages,etc in my card.so my data is very critical 
PLEASE HELP ME! I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING

mobile model : SONY ERICSSON VIVAZ
memory card = 8GB micro SD HC 


PS= when i attach the card to my PC - separate  from my mobile-  the drive won't load & in my DEVICE MANAGER i get the error : "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

Configuration: Windows 7

Hi,

For the code 10 get in device manager and delete the drivers for usb ,restart pc and plug device to it and let it reinstall it but it will not be detected as there is a password on the memory card ,for this the solution of Faq is not sure to be working ,still try your luck:
