Try this 1.
You can find all the instructions in the below link.
https://epson.com/Support/sl/s?BV_UseBVCookie=yes
Fill the details --> Download the "Epson Ink Pads Reset Utility"
Install it --> Launch the "Epson Ink Pad Reset Utility" --> Click on "Reset" next to
each color cartridge.
