Screen totally zoomed!

Hello,
I have just logged off of my computer like 25 minutes ago and then when I came back it was totally zoomed! I looked on google and did the zoom out stuff but it wouldn't return to its actually normal size! I'm gonna be in HUGE trouble! HELP!

Hi,

What were the last actions done on pc before this occurs?any new application installed?
