Hello,
I have an acer model extensa 5635Z, after using my laptop for internet surfing, chatting, etc... opening multiple windows 4 or 5 applications at the same time. The system can not shutdown automatically.. So, what i did every time i finished using my laptop was force shutdown. Any body can help me please... Thanks!

I suggest you run a Registry cleaner like CCleaner or Advanced System Care. Google either (or both) and download the FREE version.
