Title...booting problem on desktop

Hello,
my desktop pc does no boot even though new ram and new hard disk inserted all fan in the motherboard working fine and no beep sound is coming when turn on the cpu my pc is a pentium 4, 256mb ddr ram with a speed of 333 but i change the ram to 1gb speed of about 400 since same speed is not available in market plz help

I would remove the memory and try to boot. You should get a beep when the BIOS does not detect memory. If it doesn't beep then detach the hard drive and reboot. You need to determine if the motherboard is OK and which component is bad.
