Web cam not detected

Hello,

i have purchased a new dell inspiron 5010 lapton but when i turn on the web came it give me the message "please plug in a supported device" please help me to solve the problem

hi,

If purchased laptop without os then you need to install the drivers for it by downloading from link below;

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx

Else return it to seller and let the warranty on it cover the expenses if its a hardware issue.
