Samsung star touch sreen not working

Hello,
The touch screen of my samsung star wi-fi is not working. yesterday night it was all fine. I even had kept alarm. But morning i could not put the alarm off on the screen... I tried removing battery, switching it off and everything but nothing worked. So please help me out and suggest me what to do... please...
