Hello,

I have a compaq presario f769ca note book pc
processor : AMD TURION 64X2 mobile technology tl -58 mmx 3d now (2 cpu's)
I just recently down graded from VISTA to XP pro and i got no audio
need some help please how do i resolved this problem ?

Hi,

First download and run UAA ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp33501-34000/sp33867.exe

Then the XP driver for the Conexant 211 sound card ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36090.exe

i got a message saying could not find media for driver what do you think ?

In Device Manager do u view yelllow ? or !
