Micro sd card problem

Hello, if i insert sd memory card with card reader and plug in USB port but system show the message "please insert memory card" ,please give me a solution for this problem

Hi,

Are you sure this is the error which is displayed or its ''please insert disk in drive''.?Check also the adapter of memory card when using micro Sd which may be causing this .
