My microsoft word 2000 is not launching...

Hello,
Try this 1
Here I assume your user account name as "test"
Open "My Computer" and in the address bar copy the below line and paste it
C:\Documents and Settings\test\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
Note : Don't forget to replace the "test" with your user account name.
Now press Enter.
[OR
Click on Start --> Run --> Type control folders and press Enter. "Folder Options"
window will be opened. Now click on "View" tab. Select the option "Show hidden
files and folders" and click on OK. Now you can manually navigate to the above
location]
There you can find the file Normal. Rename that file to Normalold and close it.
Now try to launch the Microsoft Word.
