itunes Closed

Question

Hello,  
i cant get itunes to work. i downlaoded both quicktime and itunes and it says quicktime desnt work and it does then it says that i have to uninstal and then reinstal i tunes. Please can someone help me  


Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13
