@Ilma

Please explain what you mean by fragments? Give me an example.

I strongly advise that you do not remove anything from system32, it may compromise your system's stability.

What is the difficulty in installing Flashplayer? Do you have error messages?

Hi,

You must totally uninstall the version you had before you can reinstall as new again. There are fragments of the previous version still in your system.

As a first step, download, install and run this tool:

Satesh

Did you or did you not run revo uninstaller?

P.S. Do not post new thread about your issue. It will be automatically deleted and it will be considered as abuse.

Okay

First step

Click on start, click on search, choose all files and folders and type flash, click okay

After the search is done, delete all the items found if any

Second step

download, install and run this totally free yet very efficient registry cleaner :

https://ccm.net/download/download-13339-eusing-free-registry-cleaner

Click on scan and when finished, click repair and close

Third step

Download and install Flash player from here:

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4613-adobe-flash-player/

Good luck

Shockwave and Flash Player have not relation with YouTube. YouTube is a totally different issue which you have not mentioned before and for which I need more details from you other than it's not working.

Are you experiencing this with all videos?

You Flash is uptodate, it must be something wrong with the video on You Tube

Send me the link and I will check it out
