Hello,

Please can you help me!!?? Upon booting up my laptop, I get an error message..... boot manager compressed Alt, Contrl, Del to restart. I do not have the installation disc for the OS, Windows 7. Got any suggestions?

The only way to fix this is to use the Windows 7 DVD:

This should fix things - you selected the compress hard drive option and now the PC can't find the files when booting.

# change BIOS to boot from the DVD
# Insert the installation DVD in your system and start the PC
# Click Repair your computer.
# Then click on Load Driver.
# Go to Computer.
# Right click on the partition your installation previously compressed> Properties.
# Then uncheck "Compress drive to increase space available".
# Then close all windows and restart the computer.
