Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start--> In search box, type services.msc and press Enter.
"Services" window will be opened. At right side,scroll down for the "Windows
Installer" --> Double click on the "Windows Installer". "Windows Installer
Properties" window will be opened.
Set Startup type to " Manual" from the drop-down menu --> Click on "Start".
2) Click on Start --> In search box, type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER and press Enter.
Again, click on Start --> In search box, type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER and press
Enter.
