How to recover files from folder locker 6.5.5

Hello,
i installed folder locker 6.5.5 but accedentilly deleted the locker and files locked in it has been deleted can any one please tell me how can i recover that files please....

just use ubuntu live cd to browse ur folders.
copy the contents in other folder.
again restart in windows you'll get your folders

u can use windows xp live cd also....
