China mobile problem..Help please

Hi...
Let me at first warn you..That my problem is common and general in china mobile but..I'll be apreciate of any helps and opinions for my problem...
I have a N95 8 GB china mobile....And I recently got into some problems...so many thanks for your help...

1.Some times blue tooth doesn't work..I can send something as bluetooth but I can't recieve any thing.....It says "write file failed"...
2.It doesn't recognize any blutooth more than 1 Meter?
3.It has a bad quality of camera..so awfule
Again!I know the problems are natural(because of china mobiles.)But I'll be apreciate of any helps and opinions...Thanks in adcance
