Service back 3 or SP3 is a system update that XP recieves through windows updater. check in the tool bar for a yellow shield with an exclamation mark and run it. This program provides important system and security updates for windows. After opening it click express install. and when prompted reboot your PC. you may have to do this for a while because you have missed lots of updates. :)
