Hello,
Try this 1
1) Download the applications from the below link.
https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/rkill.com
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Run the rkill which will terminate the malicious processes. Wait for the process to
get completed. Then, install the "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware", update it and
perform "Full Scan".
After the completion of "Full Scan" --> Click on "Show Results" --> Click on
"Remove Selected" --> Restart your PC.
2) Now reset the "Hosts" file. Click on the below link and download it.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/8/E/98E41ACF-6AE6-40A4-AAB0-73C21998B7B6/MicrosoftFixit50267.msi
Double-click on it and follow the instructions. It resets hosts file back to the
default.
