Help in converting jpg file to mp3

Hello,
I have a set of mp3 file which have got converted to jpg. how do i convert it back to mp3.
i tried downloading FEC software , it did download but i am not able to run it. Its giving error
pl advice

Run 'cmd' and choose the directory where the files have been converted to jpeg n use the command 'ren <filename.jpg> <filename.mp3>,..........convert similarly all files to mp3 n enjoy!!!!

rename the file like this

(song name).mp3

or right click on the file and goto : "open with " option then select any mp3 player u have on ur pc....
thts it :P
